Overview
This Real Inner Jungle trip is ideal for those who truly love nature and want a back-to-basic adventure. During this journey, you will trek long distances under the rainforest canopy, cross rivers, visit the Orang Asli settlement, and spend the night at the observation hide.
On the tour day, gather at our office and meet your nature guide. Collect your food, drinking water, and camping gear. The trip begins once your application is approved by the Park Ranger. You will start by boat from Kuala Tahan to the Orang Asli settlement, then continue to Kuala Terenggan. From there, you will trek about 13 kilometers to Chegar Anjing or Tabing Hide. Enjoy your dinner in the jungle and spend the night observing wildlife. The next morning, trek about 3 kilometers back to Kuala Tahan.

Itinerary
1.30 pm
• Meet at our site office in Kuala Tahan.
• Meet your nature guide.
• Collect your packed lunch.
• Fill out a declaration form for items you bring into the jungle.
• Take a 45-minute boat ride from Kuala Tahan to the Orang Asli village. Watch the blowpipe and fire-making demo.
• Continue with a 15-minute boat ride to Kuala Terenggan.
• Stop to enjoy your packed lunch.
• Start trekking 13 kilometers (about 6 hours) from Kuala Terenggan to Chegar Anjing or Tabing Hide.
6.00 pm
• Prepare and have dinner.
• Observe wildlife from the hide.
7.30 am
• Prepare and have breakfast.
8.30 am
• Trek 3 kilometers (about 2 hours) back to Kuala Tahan.
• Optional trek to the Canopy Walkway (ticket RM5 per person, at your own cost).
• Take a boat ride back to Kuala Tahan.
12.30 pm
• Estimated arrival back in Kuala Tahan.

Important Notes
- Surcharge RM100 perpax during 1 July – 31 August.
- Surcharge RM200.00 per room per night is chargeable for solo traveler.(included)
- Surcharge RM300 per room per night during 1 July – 31 August for AsiaCamp Resort & Local Village room | Type: Aircond Room & Toilet Inside(excluded and need to pay one day before arrival)
- Surcharge RM1,000 per room per night during 1 July – 31 August for Mutiara Resort(excluded and need to pay one day before arrival)
- Canopy walkway is close on Friday.
- For order less than 48 hours, booking is subjected to Tourist guide and room availability. We will discuss any change with you on how we can make your tour success if change need to be made. Any refund is subjected to 10% management cost as last option of your booking.
